
PQI sponsors and conducts training programs under the Serv Safe standards set by the National Restaurant Association - Educational Foundation. The professional foodservice community finds in this program an important support towards certification.
The Serv Safe program has been promoted by PQI since 2000 in the Dominican Republic, raising the bar in the hospitality industry. An awareness program addressed to foodservice operators and foodhandlers, specially designed for adult training, Serv Safe in the Caribbean is close to you. One-day seminars as well as more intense journeys consist of a detailed review and classroom instruction to prepare candidates for the certification exam.
